Administration/Stewardship Purpose
This Commission is charged with promoting stewardship of Time, Talent and Treasure.
Stewardship is a call to discipleship and therefore a call to conversion. The
Commission works with the Pastoral Council to promote the mission and goals of
the parish and Council from the perspective of the parishioner€™s commitment to
stewardship.

Building and Grounds Committee: This committee provides guidelines for the use and maintenance of parish facilities.
The Committee solicits and makes recommendations associated with capital improvements
and provides for periodic and routine maintenance of buildings and grounds. The
Committee meets every second Tuesday.
Room Rentals: The parish has space available for banquets, parties, and meetings.
Bulletin is published weekly. Articles for the bulletin are to be in writing and submitted
to the rectory office no later than Monday afternoon.
PASTORAL COUNCIL
The Pastoral Council is a representative body whose purpose is:

To prayerfully discern the needs of the parish;

To serve as a consultative body to the Pastor;

To formulate policies concerning parish matters consistent with faith, morals,
civil and church law, and diocesan policy;

To establish clear and concise goals and objectives based on the parish Mission
Statement and the emerging needs of the parish community;

To implement diocesan policies and directives.
The Council meets the last Thursday of each month. The Council consists of 12
members serving a maximum of two consecutive terms of four years each.
FINANCE COUNCIL
The Finance Council is a group of men and women who assist the Pastor in forming
sound policy for the administration of the parish's temporal goods, that is, its
financial resources, buildings and grounds. The Council acts as a consultative
body to the Pastor. It reviews the budget monthly, provides periodic reports on
the financial condition of the parish, coordinates the preparation of the annual
parish budget in accordance with the goals and objectives set by the Pastoral
Council; and reviews all banking arrangements, capital expenditures and contracts.
The Finance Council meets on the last Monday of the month.
BUDGET DIRECTOR
The Director closely oversees the ongoing budget and advises the Pastor and Finance
Council regarding its performance and makes recommendations accordingly. The Manager
also publishes regular reports to the parish, oversees the School Endowment Fund
and makes quarterly reports to the Finance Council along with recommendations.
